What is the difference between climate control and air-conditioning?
Phoenix hot summers make climate control ineffective. Our 100% real air-conditioned storage units guarantees a maximum summer temperature of 79%. Real air-conditioning controls temperature AND humidity for maximum protection of your valuables.
Afraid of commitment?
We offer month to month leases, meaning no contracts and no commitment. Additionally, our self storage facility offers discounts for long term storage, so if you know the amount of time you will be storing you can save by prepaying your rent.
When can I get to my belongings?
Office and Facility Open from
8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday to Saturday
12:00 PM to 6:00 PM Sunday
Will my belongings be safe?
To keep your belongings safe and secure, we offer state-of-the-art security that includes 56 cameras with 24-hour videotaped surveillance, motion detectors and bright lighting.
What is a roll-up door?
Roll-up doors are the most common doors in self-storage. Roll-up doors allow you to maximize the usage of your space. Our doors are 8 Ft wide allowing for easy access to your storage.
Do I get a lock when I rent a unit?
We offer a free disk lock to ensure the highest level of security.
How much notice do I need to give to move out?
Tenants must vacate the storage unit no later than the anniversary date in order to avoid being charged for the next month.
